Golf Course Superintendent, Rob Markut’s objective is to maintain a consistently high standard of professionalism on the course and to focus on detail to keep the Bent Pine golf course in tournament ready condition at all times. His team is dedicated to meticulously maintaining 180 acres of lakes, landscape and turf, that is also home to foxes, egrets, eagles, and waterfowl, with a minimum of disruption to the land and the golfing membership.
Daily course management includes great attention to detail, from manicuring fairways and greens to accentuating the aesthetic beauty of the landscape. The recently installed “TifEagle” greens, renovated bunkers, and a newly designed and efficient irrigation system results in a high quality golfing environment.
Situated in a serene setting outside the urban confines of Vero Beach, Bent Pine has continued to be recognized as one of the finest conditioned golf facilities in Southeast Florida. |
